Did you say Chocolate Binge Festival???? Love chocolate???

Tis the Season, the First Sunday Arts Festival is proud to announce The Third Annual Chocolate Binge Festival! The Annapolis Caramel Company will be on hand for this fabulous event to supply all your Seasonal sweet desires. We will have all kinds of chocolate and caramel treats for you to enjoy will browsing around beautiful downtown Annapolis, or to pick up as gifts of tasty, delicious caramels for family, friends, co-workers, whoever you want to share with. We will have : Chocolate with Sea Salt, Toasted Almond, Mocha, Espresso, Roasted Pecan, Sweet and Salty Sticks, Sea Salt, Coffee Toffee, Regular Butter, Chocolate Peppermint Sticks, Macadamia and Coconut Sticks, Chai, Coffee, Butterfinger Pretzel Sticks, Pecan Pie, Old Bay, and some surprises that will be available.

If you missed this event last year, don’t miss it this year. There will be tons of things for the entire family. So load up the whole gang and come on out Sunday Dec. 3rd. from 12 noon to 5 pm. on West Street.

The First Sunday Arts Festival Holiday Edition is Here!!

Believe it or not , the Holiday season is upon us. That means it’s time to round up the family and friends and head out to the First Sunday Arts Festival Holiday Edition.

Annapolis Caramel Company will be there to provide bags of delicious caramels for you to set out for company or get some bags to use as table favors for  family gatherings. Your friends and family will enjoy a sweet treat to top off your great meal. There will be something for everyone, so make it an all day outing for supporting your local small businesses and local restaurants.

It will all be happening on Sunday Nov. 5th. from 11 am to 5 pm on Calvert and West Streets in beautiful downtown Annapolis.

Harvest of the Artists

Annapolis Caramel Company will be participating in The Harvest of The Artists on Sunday Nov. 12th at  Key School. Come out and see the work of over 30 local artisans for numerous arts and crafts. Come and try our handcrafted caramels in numerous flavor offerings ( Sea Salt, Coffee Toffee, Regular Butter, Espresso and Chai, just to name a few). Pick up a bag to take home or share.

Y Worry Farm/Agriculture Education Day

It’s time for a day at the Farm, T Worry Farm that is. The weather is supposed to be great and the kids will love coming out to pick a pumpkin and enjoy lots of kid friendly stuff. Annapolis Caramel will have lots of delicious caramels to complete the fall feeling. Bring out the whole gang and enjoy all the events at The Y Worry Farm.

More Oktoberfest information for West Annapolis

West Annapolis Oktoberfest scheduled for Sunday Sept. 24th.

 

Preparations are underway for the 27h annual Oktoberfest along Annapolis Street and Giddings Avenue in West Annapolis on Sunday, September 24th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm. This long-standing Annapolis street festival will include traditional German food, beer and music from the crowd pleasing Om-pa-pa Band. Attendees will find vendors selling everything from bratwurst to fine art, roast beef to jewelry, and many West Annapolis clothing, antique, framing, craft and gift stores will be open for business. In addition, West Annapolis Elementary School will also be holding its annual Fall Festival at Annapolis Street and Melvin Avenue on the same day.

Per the authentic German tradition, this festival is held in September and host Oktoberfest beers.

Coffee beverages will be available at Bean Rush Café, and new West Annapolis restaurants Evelyn’s and Flamant will be participating in the festival, along with the Mexican Café. This is a family friendly event which includes a moon bounce, music and picnic tables for lovely outdoor dining. The fun of Oktoberfest merges with the festivities of the Fall Festival at West Annapolis Elementary School, which can trace its roots back to 1894 in this community. The school is still celebrating its brand new building and 123 years of history in West Annapolis. There will be activities for children at the school as well as throughout Oktoberfest. Nearly 100 arts and craft and food vendors are expected.

Free parking for attendees can be found at the State of Maryland parking garage at Calvert and Rowe Boulevard. This is a 15- minute walk to the festival area at Annapolis Street. Visitors can also pay to park at the United States Naval Academy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium which is just across Rowe Boulevard from West Annapolis. Two hour free parking can also be found in the community. Please be sure to bring a valid license or military ID with date of birth to purchase beer.
